Cylinder Beach, Western Beach - North Stradbroke Island

Western Beach is located on Cylinder Beach, Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island. It is the next nearest beach to the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel, just a short walk down stairs from the hotel car park. This makes it very convenient for guests who are staying at the hotel, or if you plan to celebrate at the hotel after your ceremony. If you don’t want to travel from your ceremony location for photographs, then it also offers variety for your images.  On the other hand, it is also just a short drive to the Gorge for more epic images! The only downside is that it can be tricky for those who struggle with stairs… so it may not be one for the grandparents?

A minimum of two hours is usually required to be booked with Council. The cost for Pop Up Weddings Bayside to organise a two hour slot for you is just $120. Additional hours at just $50 extra.
